The Problem

Whytescape, aiming to provide high-end service apartments without sacrificing warmth and coziness, needed a brand that spoke to both aspirations and ease.

Driven by values of sophistication and comfort, Whytescape, sought a brand identity that mirrored its core DNA.

The Solution

Standing out as a fresh face in hospitality, we knew a striking brand was crucial for Whytescape. Our focus was on captivating it’s target audience with an identity that embodied warmth and comfort.

Consistency reigned supreme in our process, from designing the booking website to digital experiences and on marketing materials, seamlessly reflecting Whytescape’s brand identity.

The Problem

Whytescape, a hospitality business specializing in serviced apartments, faced several challenges that hindered their operational efficiency and guest experience, like Reliant on manual methods for tasks like booking management, guest communication, and maintenance requests.

Whytescape experienced inefficiencies, errors, exposure to financial misappropriation and wasted time.

The Solution

We streamlined Whytescape’s workflows by creating a customized system with to manage reservations, guest communication, and internal operations in a centralized platform, integrated with existing systems like booking software to eliminate manual data entry and automate repetitive tasks, saving time and minimizing errors.

Implementing these solutions enabled Whytescape to achieve improved operational efficiency, enhanced guest experience, gain valuable insights from their data and eliminated financial errors.
