Branding, Web, Interiors
There’s more to gifting than what’s in the box.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Most clients bring one problem. Greetings World brought three: a brand that needed defining, a website that needed to convert browsers into customers, and an office that needed to build confidence with potential partners. Different formats and audiences, but all three had to communicate the same thing about the company.
Design any one piece in isolation, and the seams show quickly. So we built the identity first as the fixed point, then carried it through the website and physical space. Whether someone met Greetings World online, in the office, or through its materials, the experience always felt like the same company.

BRANDING & WEB
The tricky part was tone. The product connects people across distance through gifting, so it needed warmth, while partner conversations needed composure and credibility. Lean too far either way, and one audience could stop trusting the brand, finding it either too corporate or too soft.
We built one identity flexible enough to work across both audiences, rather than creating separate versions of the brand. The same colors, typography, and logo carry over from the customer-facing website into partner materials and the office, with only the emphasis shifting between contexts. That keeps Greetings World feeling like one company wherever it appears.

INTERIOR
The office had to communicate what Greetings World does the moment someone walked in. In the meeting room, where partners talk, a wall-sized world map makes that message tangible and impossible to miss, reinforcing the business's global reach without needing to explain it.
Everywhere else in the office, we carried the brand's palette and materials more quietly and deliberately, so the map reads as the intentional centerpiece it is rather than another nice feature competing for attention in an otherwise generic space. The rest of the office does the unglamorous work of being comfortable and functional for the team who's there every day, while the meeting room does the work of making the brand's story impossible to miss for the one audience that needs to see it most clearly.
