ABOUT THE PROJECT
Elementiq began as a ten-year-old’s invention, then evolved through playtesting into a real strategy card game built around fire, water, earth, and air. Its story was unique, but the game still had to stand on its own: easy enough for anyone to learn quickly, yet deep enough to keep players coming back.
The identity and launch site were shaped around how Elementiq is actually played. “Master the Elements. Outplay Everyone.” sets the tone, while the onboarding takes players from setup in two minutes to learning in five and playing in twenty. Together, these details show what the game is about before the first card is even played.

CHALLENGES
A board game landing page has seconds to show why the game deserves attention. Elementiq had real strategic depth through element combinations, Mastery cards, and Power cards, but that depth could easily feel complicated. The site needed to explain what made the game strategic without losing the family audience.
We leaned on motion and texture rather than long explanations: 3D renders of the cards and box, stop motion from real playtests, and element-themed graphics for fire, water, earth, and air. The two-minute setup, five-minute learn, twenty-minute play promise sits up front, while the deeper strategy and Mastery Pack expansion come later, once players are already hooked.

SUMMARY
Elementiq launched with a brand that matches how the game actually feels to play: energetic, competitive, and easy to pick up in one sitting. The site takes players from curiosity to understanding quickly, using the game itself to show what makes it worth playing.
The origin story may get people interested, but the brand and site give them a reason to stay. The result is an identity and digital experience that lets Elementiq stand on its own, beyond the story of who invented it.
