Making trust and innovation work in one identity.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
In financial services, trust isn't optional. It's the entire product. Loanbook arrived as a new name in financial inclusion, but a new company asking people to trust it with their money faces an uphill climb from day one. It needed a brand that could carry credibility and trust while still feeling genuinely different, not the generic, overly safe look most financial brands default to when they're worried about being taken seriously.
We built Loanbook's identity around that exact balance: credible enough to be trusted with people's finances, distinctive enough to stand out in a sector that tends to look the same everywhere. The result is a brand that feels stable and genuinely different.

BRANDING
Loanbook was also entering the market at a disadvantage most new companies face. It was competing for attention against bigger, more established players, without the marketing budget or name recognition to compete on scale alone. The brand had to earn attention; it couldn't simply buy by being sharper and more memorable than companies with far more money to spend.
We focused on giving Loanbook a clear, distinctive point of view rather than a broad, expensive awareness campaign. We were confident that a genuinely memorable brand would do more for a smaller company than trying to outspend its competitors ever could.

INTERIOR
The office is where Loanbook's own team and visiting partners experience the brand every day, so it needed to reflect the same credible, distinctive identity the rest of the brand was built around, rather than falling back on the generic office look many financial startups settle for.
We carried the brand's colors and materials into the physical space, shaping an office that feels consistent with the identity clients and partners encounter everywhere else. That's echoed directly in the client's own words about an office that resonates with what the business actually does.
